Our 6-field complex is a community hub, hosting practices daily and a full slate of games every Saturday. But what truly powers us is our people.

The Financial Reality

Maintaining a 6-field complex is a massive undertaking, and we are severely underfunded. Our minimal operating budget covers only basic survival.

  • Zero budget for fertilizer, soil balancing, or aerating.
  • Zero budget for facility upgrades or shade structures.
  • Zero budget for replacing broken heavy equipment.

We are seeking community partners to bridge this gap.

Field & Maintenance Breakdown

The playing surfaces are the heart of our league. Compaction, failing mowers, and old bases create safety hazards.

🏑 Spectator Comfort

The brutal Florida heat makes the experience uncomfortable. Wood rot presents safety risks.

  • Shade Structures ($15k-$30k): Canopies for bleachers.
  • Bleacher Repair ($1.5k-$3k): 30+ boards need replacing.

🌭 Concession Enhancements

Concessions are our #1 revenue source behind fees. Failing residential appliances threaten our funding.

  • Commercial Appliances ($6k-$10k): Drink cooler & freezers.
  • Facility Refresh ($1k-$2.5k): Structural repairs and paint.

Technology & Security

We have 125 children across a massive park. Currently, our only security is two basic residential cameras at the concession stand.

Network & Camera Expansion ($10k-$15k)

Exact need: A Unifi Cloud Gateway ($500), 24-port PoE Switch ($350), 2+ Ubiquiti Point-to-Point wireless bridges to beam internet across the park ($1000), and 6-10 UniFi Protect PoE weatherproof cameras (Bullet/Dome) ($350 each).

Critical Need: PA System

A $3k-$7k multi-zone PA system is absolutely vital for lightning alerts and emergency incidents.

Note: Once installed, none of this equipment will require an ongoing subscription.
